I have not received my forgot password email. Please check your spam folder as sometime our your spam filters move system generated emails in to spam folders.
I have booked a locker but I have not received an email to book my locker the next year. We send out all renewal emails every April-May. If you do not receive this email it may be its in your spam folder. However you can always logo to the portal and review all reserved lockers and purchase them without the need of a reminder email.
